Policies & Fees
Payment
We accept cash, check, and credit card for office visits and supplements. Payments are due in full at the time of service and/or purchase. We do not take insurance cards or bill insurance in our office. For your convenience, we will provide you with a “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement at the time of service.
Supplements
During the course of your care, we may recommend certain natural medicines specific to your medical care. You have the option to purchase these supplements through our office. Payment for supplements is always due at the time of service. Supplements are nonrefundable unless they are unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase. For refills of supplements, we request 48-hour notice.
Laboratory Testing
To gather additional information to better guide your care, we may recommend certain laboratory testing. These tests are an additional charge outside of appointment visit fees. Some laboratory testing may be billable through your insurance. Please talk to your naturopathic doctor about testing fees and insurance billing options.
Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling or changing any appointment. For non-emergency late cancellations you may be charged a fee equivalent to half the visit fee. For missed appointments (“no-shows”), you may be charged a fee equivalent to the full visit fee. Unlike other medical offices who schedule 2 or 3 patients in the same time slot, at Aloha Natural Medicine your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We try our best to help you avoid cancellation fees by using an appointment reminder system, but please understand that remembering your appointment is your responsibility. We promise we’ll respect your time in the same way.

Brief Craniosacral Therapy (20-25 minutes) - $130

*Note: Return and acute concern visits that last longer than their allotted times will incur additional fees.

Upon booking a new patient appointment, an intake form will be emailed to you from our patient portal. The intake form must be completed prior to your first appointment.
